Who we are
Vantello Labs is a studio brand operated by PT Pranala Cipta Karya in Indonesia. This policy explains how our website, software, and mobile games may handle information.
This website
This website does not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, user accounts, or contact forms. If you email us, your email provider and ours process the message so we can respond.
Our apps and games
Each app store listing describes the data practices for that specific product. Some products may store settings and progress locally on your device. Features that require online services will identify their provider and purpose before release.
Advertising
Some future or released apps may use Google Mobile Ads. When enabled for a specific app, Google and its partners may process device identifiers, app interactions, diagnostics, coarse location, and consent choices for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention, and service delivery. Consent and privacy options will be shown where required. Advertising failure or refusal must not block core gameplay.
Children
This website is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information directly from them. Each app declares its intended audience and applies the relevant store, consent, and advertising requirements.
Retention and deletion
Local app data remains on your device until you reset the app, clear its data, or uninstall it. For support emails, we retain only what is reasonably needed to resolve the request and meet legal obligations. You may request access or deletion by contacting us.
Service providers
We may use infrastructure, app distribution, crash reporting, consent, and advertising providers only when required by a released product. Their own privacy terms apply to their processing.
Your choices
You can decline optional consent, reset local data, control advertising preferences through your device, and contact us about a privacy request. Availability depends on the product and applicable law.
